About Rankline: AHPRA-compliant content for Australian allied health practices
Designed for the current AHPRA enforcement environment.
Rankline is an SEO content platform built specifically for AHPRA-regulated Australian allied health practices. The system produces, reviews, and delivers blog drafts in your voice, compliance-checked against AHPRA advertising rules for physiotherapy, osteopathy, and chiropractic, and ready for clinical review and publishing. Every component is built around one principle: regulated content requires regulated production.
Why a specialist AHPRA content service had to exist
Australian allied health practices face a specific problem. They need regular SEO content to compete for local patient searches, but every option on the market falls short for an AHPRA-regulated clinic. Generic AI tools like ChatGPT do not know AHPRA advertising rules and produce content that breaches Section 133 in the first paragraph. Specialist allied health marketing agencies charge $1,500 per month minimum and bundle content with websites, paid ads, and full marketing management most clinics never asked for. Freelance health writers charge $300 to $600 per article and take a week or two per piece.
There was no middle option. No service offered AHPRA-aware blog content as a standalone productised subscription with self-serve onboarding and predictable monthly pricing. Rankline was built specifically to fill that gap. AHPRA compliance baked into the production pipeline. Clear monthly pricing from $49. No sales calls. No retainer commitments. Cancel anytime.
The need has become more urgent. Enforcement has tightened. Increased maximum penalties under the National Law now apply in every Australian jurisdiction as of July 2024. AHPRA actively monitors practice websites, paid ads, and social media. Practice owners need a way to publish content regularly without worrying that every post is a compliance liability.
What makes Rankline different from ChatGPT and other AI tools
Rankline uses four components that generic tools do not: a three-axis structural variation system with 2,160 unique combinations, an independent editor pipeline checking 13 quality criteria, AHPRA compliance detection tuned for physiotherapy, osteopathy, and chiropractic, and voice adaptation derived from each practice's own website. Together these reduce the review burden while keeping every draft compliant.
Structural variation across 2,160 combinations
Generic AI tools produce content that follows recognisable patterns. Same opening hooks, same paragraph rhythms, same closing structures. Rankline's content engine uses 15 different opening types, 12 different closing types, and 12 different article structures. Every article picks a different combination, creating 2,160 possible structural variations. Search engines and AI detection tools cannot pattern-match the output because there is no consistent pattern to find.
Independent editor pipeline with 13 quality criteria
Every article Rankline produces goes through an independent review before delivery. The editor operates as a completely separate system from the writer, with 13 evaluation criteria including factual accuracy, structural integrity, AHPRA compliance, voice consistency, and AI detection signals. Drafts that fail review are revised automatically before they reach you. This is the same adversarial review process used in professional newsrooms.
AHPRA compliance detection for physio, osteo, and chiro
The compliance layer checks every draft against profession-specific AHPRA rules. Clinical outcome claims, testimonials referencing treatment, superiority language, protected title misuse, guarantees of effectiveness. Each profession has slightly different scope-of-practice considerations and the system applies the right ones automatically. When a potential breach is detected, the draft is rewritten before delivery.
Voice adaptation from your practice website
When you sign up, Rankline analyses your practice website to learn your tone, terminology, and how you communicate with patients. Every draft is written in your voice rather than a generic clinic voice. If you write warmly and conversationally, your articles read warmly. If you write clinically and precisely, your articles match. The voice profile is built once during onboarding and applied to every article from then on.
How the system was developed and tested
Rankline was not built from scratch. The underlying content engine was developed and refined over several years inside a Melbourne digital agency, where it produced more than 150 SEO articles per month across seven verticals for over 50 client businesses. One of those verticals was dedicated to AHPRA-regulated allied health practitioners, including physiotherapists and chiropractors. The compliance detection layer, the editor pipeline, and the structural variation system were all developed and refined against real allied health client work with real practitioner feedback.
Rankline is the productised version of that system, redesigned specifically as a self-serve subscription for individual allied health practices. The architecture, the safety rails, and the quality controls came from production use, not from a clean-sheet design exercise.
The system was built by Nathan Haslewood, a content strategist who previously led content strategy as a chapter lead at ANZ, one of Australia's four major banks. Banking content sits under multiple regulatory frameworks including ASIC, APRA, and consumer protection law. The shape of regulated content production transfers directly: both AHPRA and ASIC require evidence-based claims, prohibit outcome guarantees, and hold the publisher legally responsible for non-compliant content. The shape of the rules is identical even though the words differ.
Rankline as a self-running platform
Rankline is fully automated from payment through delivery. Once your subscription is set up, the system produces and delivers content without human involvement. Articles arrive every Saturday morning on a fixed weekly cadence regardless of holidays, weekends, or any single person's availability. Revisions, cancellations, upgrades, and downgrades are all self-serve through the Stripe customer portal.
This matters because the platform's reliability does not depend on a single person being at a desk. The content engine, the compliance pipeline, the delivery system, and the customer portal all run independently. Subscribers receive content predictably whether anyone is monitoring the system or not.
Our commitments to your practice
Rankline is built on a few non-negotiable commitments. These are testable promises, not abstract values.
Every Rankline output is a draft. Clinical review by the registered practitioner is always the final step before publishing. Rankline removes the writing burden so your judgement can focus on what matters.
The free revision system is built into every delivery email. If you spot a compliance issue in any draft, request a revision and we will rewrite it without charge. This applies to your first article and every article after.
Under Section 133 of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law, the registered practitioner publishing the content is the legal compliance authority. No content service can take that responsibility on your behalf. Rankline makes your review burden smaller. Rankline does not replace it.
